Short Term Renting typically focuses on residential properties by renting the property on a short term basis (i.e. daily, weekly, or monthly) to guest that needs short stay.
We have two different pricing model that manage to suit majority of property owners. Porperty owner needs to decide on either one pricing model to start working with us.
First option is paying 15% fixed rate on the monthly gross revenue collected from from guests. Gross revenue means excluding expenses such as utilities expenses, laundry, restocking of toiletries and etc.
Second option is 70/30 percent profit sharing between property owner and BeYourHost.com. Property owner will benefit 70% of the net revenue collected from guests. While BeYourHost.com will get a cut of 30% from net revenue collect from guests. For this option, both property owner and BeYourHost.com will share all expenses related to the short term rental program. Profit sharing is based on the amount after deduction of all expenses.

Using our account instead is always the best solution for you since we have very strong profile on most of the third party online short term platforms. By using our account, we can maximize occupancy of your property.
Yes, this is possible with slightly higher management fee. It will involve more administrative work for us to separately manage your account and listing. We are able to charge such a minimum management fee because we centralise the listing of all property in our high profile account.
We suggest you list your property on our existing account so your property will be able to leverage on the strength of our account. It is for the huge benefits of property owner to use our account.
At the end of each month, BeYourHost will provide a softcopy report summarizing number of occupied days and all relevant expenses resulting on total profit of the month. Payment will be made to property owner according to the report before 5th of each calendar month.

The minimum contract period is three months. According to the industry practice, three months contact is common for short term rental engagement with the property manager. From our real life experience, each property will need about three months to build up it's booking pipeline. Hence contract shorter than three months is not very effective. So far most of our property owners happy with six months to twelve months contract. Let us know if you have any concerns on three months contract and we are open for discussion.
